Pricing, Memberships & Studio Policies

Effective Date:

Booking Classes

• Classes can be booked up to 21 days in advance
• All bookings are first come, first served
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early
• Arrivals 5+ minutes late will forfeit the class for safety reasons
• Intro and promotional offers are one per person and non-transferable

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class start time
• Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits
• No-shows may incur a £2.50 fee and repeated no-shows may limit future bookings

Exceptions & Studio Closures

• Exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies or extenuating

circumstances on a case-by-case basis — please contact us

• If BellaRae Studios cancels a class, a full class credit will be issued (no refunds)

Memberships & Pricing

Founding Membership

Unlimited classes — £145/month

• Minimum 3-month commitment
• Capped availability
• Founders rate locked in for 12 months

Unlimited Memberships

• 6 Months — £900• 12 Months — £1,800

Waitlist applies once capacity is reached

Class Options

• First Timers: 2 classes for £32 (valid 60 days from purchase)
• Single Class: £21
• 5-Class Pack: £95 (£19 per class, valid 60 days)
• 10-Class Pack: £190 (£19 per class, valid 60 days)

Payments & Important Info

• Memberships are paid by debit or credit card
• Credits begin from date of purchase, do not roll over, and are non-transferable

Policy Updates

BellaRae Studios may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

Continued use of our services confirms acceptance.
